Let's see - so much has happened since April! Most importantly - WE ARE MARRIED! We had a wonderful ceremony on June 25th, 2011 and it was absolutely perfect!
We've since moved in the house we were renovating and most people tell us you can't tell it's the same place it was 8 months ago. It still isn't perfect by any means, but we're getting there. It's definitely home now and we love our little corner of the woods.
Andy started working day shift last Monday and that's been an answer to our prayers! He's been working nights since we started dating, so it's wonderful to just sit and enjoy an episode of Jeopardy on a week night and not have to cram everything into every waking moment of the weekend. We're settling into married life. Tonight's a meeting for the Flowery Branch Christmas Festival (where Andy is Santa), there's Zumba on Tuesday night, band practice at church on Wednesday, and I'm having a Tupperware Party on Thursday.
I'm determined to be a better blogger and, hopefully, to put up some good pictures of our home renovation project since it's getting primped for the party Thursday. For now, though, I will keep editing this new page 'til I get it JUST perfect!
